Are your Blinds Ready Made or Custom Made?

All Blinds ordered are custom made, according to the measurements provided by you.

How do I know the size of the Blind(s) I need?

What happens if I measure incorrectly?

Unfortunately, as our products are custom made, once the products have been manufactured they cannot be returned. However, if the blinds are too big - there is a chance that they can be cut back. If the blinds need to be re-made, we would be happy to do that at a discounted rate.

Do you install blinds?

As we are a South-West Sydney based company, installation can only be arranged within South-West Sydney (at a fixed installation price).

How do I install my blinds?

Do you supply screws and brackets for fitting the blinds?

Yes. All our blinds come with mounting brackets and standard screws (suitable for timber window frames).

If your window frame is made of a different type of material other than timber (concrete, metal, dry wall or any other) you may require a different type of fixing product. Contact the the team on 1300 369 923 for more information.

Will the colour samples on your website be the same as my blind colour when I receive it?

The colours seen on your monitor screens will slighly vary, due to different settings and brand of monitors used by customers. Take advantage of our free fabric samples.

Am I allowed to make changes to the order after I have already ordered?

Once you have processed the order with us, we will then take that as a confirmation of order, which means we will then go ahead with the all the procedures necessary to manufacturer the blinds. 

If you feel that you would like to make changes - we suggest you contact our office as soon as possible on 1300 369 923. Depending on how far the order has progressed, all efforts will be made to make the changes you require, but it must be understood that if manufacturing has been started to the point where the changes are not possible, the original order will stand.

How long will it take for my blinds to arrive?

We estimate your blinds will be manufactured within 10 working days, plus delivery time. This will vary depending on where they are to be delivered.
